Omicron is weird, almost like it was designed. 32 mutations on the spike protein and 2 on another protein and the other 22 proteins with no mutation. RNA viruses mutate in a Gaussian manner, and then it is survival of the fittest (spread and don’t kill the host). The survival pressure pushes for this type of mutation, but 32&2 seems like very long odds. It seems very odd to me that almost all the mutations are on the spike, and that is both the infection path and the thing that damages the body. Omicron does not seem to affect the lungs much and that has been the killer in the other variants.
Open that watch and have your son check his O2. If his is low in any way shape or form, get yourself and your wife infused immediately. Invermectin would not hurt either, no matter what the variant.
If it is Omicron and goes like the vast majority of cases, your bodies will recognize any future strains and you will likely (almost certainly) have natural immunity. Over 20 years later the SARS people still have immunity, and this is SARS COV2. No guarantee, but Omicron to me at least seems like Cowpox vs Smallpox... the origination of the field of immunology.
Of the small % of infected people that got very sick from Omicron, almost all were out of the hospital in 3 days or less vs 8+ days for Delta.
I think we’ll find that Omicron is the final cleanup for COVID-19. The rapid rise and fall in South Africa is what will happen around the world, and it’s what we need for herd immunity.
Then it’s time to begin investigations and start filing charges against the vaccine pushers. COVID-19 vaccination effectiveness falls off the cliff after 6 months, and booster efficacy is even shorter. And we’re just begin to see the way adverse effects are destroying people’s immunity.
No more precautions after the omicron wave. It’s time to go back to living life and to making fun of the people that don’t.
