Both? Sadly, this is usually murder-suicide.

The original Dune. Witt played the child prodigy at the end of the movie. Very small, but memorable part: “He IS the Quitzack Haderach!” or something similar

I've always enjoyed Alicia Witt's performances, whether on Cybill or Hallmark movies. Sad about the parents.

People just die. If they were good folks, it’s a loss. Bad people, I don’t give one crap about. Of course, there may be more.

She was great on Cybill. I think she was actually playing the piano — a great talent.
On Hallmark movies ... not so much.

Her Mom, Diane Witt made Guinness World Records in the 1980’s for her hair, which measured more than 10 feet in length.
To: Josa
I forgot about Mr. Holland’s Opus. You’re right.

She's a piano prodigy. She does all her own playing in her movies.

I like her in the Hallmark movies because she is interesting and attractive in a quirky way, as opposed to all the Barbie dolls they cast. The movies are not memorable, but I have liked her in the two I have seen. I don’t usually watch all of a Hallmark movie. My wife will be watching one, and I can catch up on it as I go in and out of the room.
