“Any changes to the Constitution need to be done the hard old way.”

“But laws on citizenship changed.”

Do you see the problem?
The Constitution was written in a way that would count Eric as an NBC.
How can the intent of the Constitution be changed by mere citizenship laws?
Originalism would dictate that Eric is an NBC until the Constitution was changed along with the citizenship laws.

Only because Congress changed the laws on citizenship. Either the Constitution has to be changed or Congress has to change the laws on citizenship. Did you read the massive research on NBC years ago?

I did and it is crystal clear to me. The original meaning of NBC was clearly a person born on US soil to parentS who are citizens.

Wives are not citizens by marrying a US citizen and have not for a long, long time.

The matter of there being a distinction between Citizenship and ‘Natural Born Citizenship’ is an aspect of our Constitution.

It should not be lightly ignored. We see today and for years just how the rules are being brushed aside to our collective detriment. Obama was clearly illegitimate and Harris is as well.

Cruz is not eligible, and above all, he realizes that, making him clearly self interested slime.
