Israel expanded on Mon its travel ban to ten new countries, including the United States, Canada and Germany, as data reveals that almost a fifth of last week’s COVID cases came from abroad.
Israel’s cabinet expanded the list of so-called “red countries” to include the U.S., Canada, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Morocco, Portugal, Turkey and Switzerland. The ban will come into effect Tuesday at midnight.

This recent business of the vaccines in Israel is darn confounding.
Why would they do this? For going on half a century I would have concluded that they know something that I do not. Not this time though. There is something rotten here. I trust my instincts.
I determined years ago that death is not to be feared in my particular case. I am on borrowed time. This stuff going on over there scares me because I cannot possibly understand it. My first impression is to suspect treachery. Yet in Israel, a Nation built on developing a cohesive society populated from the persecuted from through out Europe and Africa. They joined together Ashkenazi and Sephardim in order to forge a powerful country from essentially powder, crushed Myrhh.
I am confused. I will keep watching.
