He killed that woman, there is no doubt of that. What the legal definition is - manslaughter, reckless endangerment - is up to the attorneys. He is also a public figure - he’s an entertainer. To cry for privacy when in a public setting is hypocritical and quite frankly, folly.

He is 63 (my age!) and has 6 kids under 10 an extremely high maintenance wife. No more big contracts will be coming in and huge civil suits on the way. Perhaps legal charges.I'm betting he avoids jail. He will face civil suits - wrongful death, but I bet his attorneys are already negotiating settlements - but he has enough money to settle them and still provide comfortably for his family.
