In 2018, both Moderna and the Wuhan Lab decided it was time to work on a bioweapons vaccine for COVID-19. A full two years before the COVID-19 bioweapon emerged. Why would you want a vaccine on a nonexistent virus unless it did exist? Why would the Chinese military and the U.S. Intelligence Community be planning for and funding a virus bioweapon release in early 2020.
