Executive Order on Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government
I tried to read it to no avail. I may try later. Any special stuff in it we should know about? The idea that we the citizens are “customers” and fedgov is “delivering service” to us is an emetic right there.
There should be a legal challenge on this one; the govt works for US, not the other way around...

The 6th circuit just denied the en banc request for the OSHA mandate. It was a split 8-8 decision. 5 judges co-authored a short opinion denying the en banc request. 8 judges dissented (supporting an en banc hearing). The “dissenters” wrote a blistering dissent against the mandate. The used the word “pretext” at least 3 times and they mentioned a lot of history I wasn’t aware of.

back door student loan forgiveness ? otherwise, why bring the Sec. of Ed into it ?
