Cali is a slush fund for the Dems. They never deny it. Recall Trump asking for the money back from the “High Speed Rail Line” that never was built. Billions of $ shared by Nancy and Gavin. Not a peep about this anymore.
MY understanding is it also included the generators in RV’s that means vacation folks with MOTOR HOMES etc will not go to calif..they will lose Billions in revenue!
