The second week of Josh Duggar's child pornography trial began on Monday and a new witness made a stunning claim.
A close family friend, Bobye Holt, took the stand for the prosecution and claimed Josh confessed to molesting multiple young girls during a conversation back in 2003, according to Fox 24 News.
Bobye and Jim Holt's eldest daughter was Josh's girlfriend in November 2002, when they were 14 years old, so they interacted with the Duggar family regularly.
She claimed that Josh, in the presence of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar at the Duggar home, said he touched female minors in their "private areas" under their "pantaloons and underwear." He was 15 at the time.

I’d hope 50% of males here are not molesting their sisters then when if or when it’s confessed to a family friend that person has enough sense to call the law or CPS if not both.
You know this story begs the question, if this family knew how many others knew? How many others did not report it? Someone in that church of theirs tipped of Oprah Winfrey and she called the law/cps. I did not care for that woman or her show, but at least I now have respect for her knowing she did that.
Even after Oprah did this, TLC still let them continue on the air. TLC had to know.

Perversion shouldn’t be justified with “it’s natural.” That is the most base, uncivilized response to any vile, evil, behavior. Pornography is always detrimental and men (and women) who use it should have a reality check. It is unhealthy and destructive, no matter the form.

Well I agree... But it is what it is... And always in the closet but happening none the less.
This was not about faith so much as it was about a damn TV show. Jim Bob wanted the money, fame and perks. His daughters were collateral damage to JB. As for their religion? That again was for the show, and power for Jim Bob. That family is a cult unto itself.
I absolutely agree. And my wife who has been following the family all along said the same thing.
In addition to appearing on the reality show with his family, he was formerly employed as a lobbyist by the Family Research Council, a pro-family lobbying group in Washington DC. He resigned under a cloud of scandal in 2015. There were several threads about him on FreeRepublic at the time.

Yeah, I’m just not getting the people here trying to downplay his actions. Not only were these his sisters but three of them were under the age of 11. I think the youngest was five. That’s not just sinful. It’s evil.
The federal judge allowed this information, which Josh has acknowledged publicly, into the trial. I am concerned it may cause issues on appeal, as it seems to be overly prejudicial to the defendant.
The current case against Josh seems to me to be very strong: They have proof via payroll records that Josh was the only employee on site at the time the illegal downloads were made, they have proof that Josh was onsite at the time from geotags of photos and texts from his iphone. The password to his computer's Linux partition which contained the illegal downloads was the same password as his social media accounts, his personal bank account, and was also used at his old job with the Family Research Council. To me it seems the old stuff is muddying the waters.

I don’t get it either. Okay he’s not Hunter Biden but I promise everyone here when HB is busted? I’ll cover that trial too, until then I so want justice here.
