ABC News reporter Mary Alice Parks asked President Biden Friday about how the U.S. is responding to potential escalations in the years-long Russia-Ukraine conflict.
"I have been in constant contact with our allies in Europe and the Ukrainians," he said.
"What I am doing is putting together what I believe will be the most comprehensive and meaningful set of initiatives to make it very, very difficult for Mr. Putin to go ahead and do what people are worried he may do," Biden said. "That's in play right now."

I support the people of Ukraine who does not want to be dominated by the Russian but let’s face it, they’re under a $hitty government.

The only thing Biden does to make anything difficult is exclusively directed at American people, certainly not any enemy abroad.
