Silverstein supposedly said it to the demo guys prior to building 7 falling; I recall seeing vid of it.

Hmmm. makes sense now. Yeh, I think Silverstein had some explosives in there. In fact, Right after the WTC was hit that day, I heard police telling people to get back-because bombs were going off.

I had just turned on the tv a minute or so after the first plane hit. I saw the 2cnd one hit in real time. Seems to me Silverstein was likely in on the whole thing. He sure made out like a bandit — got paid double the amount cause he convinced a judge that it was 2 separate incidents can't recall all the details — fishy as all get out.
