So several people escaped from the Howard Springs quarantine in Australia.

The police went on a manhunt and set up police checkpoints.

They arrested 3 people.

iirc, there was a report recently that some of the escapees may have been indigenous aussies

maybe another breakout?

but the aboriginal population is really anti-vax from what I've seen or read.
