So those employed by the CIA are free from the shackles of accountability. NOTHING they do can bring them to the witness stand because they may "disclose sources and methods." For example, they may have to disclose their sources and methods of grooming/raping children.
A reasonable National Security issue. In these cases, the offender needs to go to the black part of CIA ops and face the same music others have for endangering National Security and get their shallow grave in some lonely shiite hole country, although I prefer the ocean.

Seems to me that the potential for that lack of accountability in employment should lead to the conclusion that if evidence would support a trial the employee should just be shot. Hey, it’s a training and personnel PITA, but we gotta make some exceptions for those in the extra-legal zone…
