I have been wondering about that. On Tuesday night, the hubs broke a tooth, so we were looking for emergency dental work to be done the next morn. Fortunately, his dentist agreed to see him (many people are out-of-town) and so that took Wednesday morn. Rushing around packing, making a last minute linzertorte, I ate some raw dough with apparently an old egg. Whoops! Not good. So, since the tooth didn’t get us off the plane, projectile vomiting did.
Sometimes God works through what from our perspectives may be adverse circumstances His wonders to perform.
I ran out this AM to buy the hubs a present and stocking stuffers. I had carried some small items with me and planned on getting stuff in Atlanta and Incheon on our way through. But now, the presents are bought, wrapped, and stocking stuffers are prepped for tonight. We grabbed the stockings from our luggage and they are now hanging from the mantel. We have a rosemary bush trimmed as a tree. I’ll slap a bow on that and we’ll put the presents around.
Dinner is done and thawing! We’re ready. Bring it!
His timing and His plan.
Sorry you had to get sick, but glad it has all come together, so nicely.
Merry Christmas, Jem.
We’re just about ready, here, too. Got the cornbread baked, for tomorrow’s dressing. Cheeseball is made and in the fridge.
You are so cute, Jem.
Making lemonade out of lemons.
I love it.
