Multiple witnesses stated that she charged out of the house pointing a gun at the motorcyclist - who, again, was in the public street and *not* on her property.
My dad taught me, as part of my gun learnin’ lessons, that any time a gun is pointed at me, I am to assume that the pointer intends to kill me and I should respond appropriately.
Don’t get me wrong-I am not blaming the guy at all.
She is the one who made all the bad decisions here...getting into a verbal altercation, running into him, running away, coming out with a gun and pointing it at him. She made every wrong decision she could have.
He did the right thing when a weapon was pulled on him. That is a threat and he was justified in stopping the threat.
