Yeah, your post kind of did imply that it was the motorcyclist’s fault at least a bit. I don’t see it that way other than perhaps maybe at the initial collision (because we don’t know what precisely happened for the collision to occur.) However, the car driver is clearly responsible for literally everything after the actual collision. In the current parlance, she f**ked around and found out.
I had to go back and re-read-I believe my major issue was that if I were confronted with a visibly pregnant woman (even one pointing a gun at me) I don’t know if I could shoot her to save my own life.
I regard that as a weakness or flaw on my part that I would probably pay for with my life if the circumstances were right.
I think otherwise, I was on the side of the motorcycle rider.
