Ok, so far what I have found is that he has actually ordered the MO SOS (John R. Ashcroft - son of the former AG) to remove the DHSS state regulations form the registry. Yeah Ashcroft is pretty derpy and facilitated the derps pulling this stunt. He needs to GO. Along with any Blunt family still holding office.

So this actually WAS the appeal. This was from the case of the Missouri Restaurant Association who were shot down in lower court. This was the appeal of their lawsuit. Therefore, it would seem, why would they appeal their own suit if they won? The case made for separation of powers is very solid. And this was regarding the STATE Constitution. So maybe someone can screw with his ruling but I havn't gotten that far yet. Would be a bad idea for anyone to step in on it to move it higher.

Meanwhile we need to primary out many of these GOP derps imbedded in our state. A bunch of democrats who turned Republican because they knew that's how they could win elections, and the rest are just corrupt.
