But there's another one today out of Louisiana:
The states that joined Louisiana in the lawsuit include Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah and West Virginia.
I am very encouraged by these rulings - particularly the opinion yesterday that noted CMS/HHS could not provide any evidence that COVID presents any “emergency”
