Here, we show that pseudovirus expressing 501Y.V2 spike protein completely escapes three classes of therapeutically relevant antibodies. This pseudovirus also exhibits substantial to complete escape from neutralization, but not binding, by convalescent plasma. These data highlight the prospect of reinfection with antigenically distinct variants and foreshadows reduced efficacy of spike-based vaccines.

Study shows how vitamin D could halt lung inflammation in COVID-19
A special form of Vitamin D — not found over the counter (OTC) — may be able to combat lung inflammation caused by immune cells, a new study suggests.
The research shows vitamin D has a “switch-off” mechanism for inflammation, which could work in severe COVID-19.
However, clinical trials are needed before vitamin D is adopted to treat COVID-19 or other respiratory diseases.
The researchers warn against people taking more than the recommended amount of vitamin D in hopes of staving off COVID-19 infection.
Scientists are sharing insight into how vitamin D could help in severe COVID-19 cases by revealing how the vitamin functions to reduce hyper-inflammation caused by immune cells.
A new joint study by Purdue University and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) demonstrates how an active metabolite of vitamin D — not a form sold OTC — is involved in “switching off” inflammation in the body during infections such as COVID-19.
“Since inflammation in severe cases of COVID-19 is a key reason for morbidity and mortality, we decided to take a closer look at lung cells from COVID-19 patients,” said lead authors Dr. Behdad (Ben) Afzali, chief of the Immunoregulation Section of the NIH’s National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, and Dr. Majid Kazemian, assistant professor of biochemistry and computer science at Purdue University.

Vitamin D’s role in the anti-inflammatory mechanism
As part of the study, researchers analyzed individual lung cells from eight people with COVID-19.
They found that in these cells, part of the immune response to SARS-CoV-2 — the virus that causes COVID-19 — was going into overdrive and exacerbating inflammation in the lungs.
After administering vitamin D in test-tube experiments, they observed reduced lung cell inflammation.
They then dove further into how the vitamin achieved this.
They did this by turning to T helper cells — also known as CD4+ cells — which are a type of immune cell that stimulate the “killer” T cells and other white blood cells to mount an immune response.
T cells are known to play a role in severe and dangerous cases of COVID-19 by going into overdrive and leading to an often fatal phenomenon known as a cytokine storm.

The problem with truth and lawyers is that they don’t always see things the way a common man would. Simple truths become complex in the legal world.This complicates everything and anything that should not be complex.

I couldn’t get ivermectin in human form easily, so I used the livestock version, 1% injectable for cattle and swine, taken orally of course. Very effective. I have cured 5 people with it. I think it actually works faster than the human pills. Everyone I’ve witnessed using it felt much better within ONE hour.

Here's an example of how some platforms,The Daily Beast and the Miami Herald in this case,take the hard left side much of the time.
I wrote for the Miami Herald for a number of years in the 1980's,I was a fishing writer in the Keys. Recently the Herald ran a hit piece on one of the Keys finest doctors Dr. Boros who has three urgent clinics in the Keys and is and was an early proponent of Ivermectin. Below is the headline for a Miami Herald hit piece. A Key West doctor who participated in a Florida anti-vaccination summit now has COVID
The piece goes on to say that Dr. Bruce Boros an early proponent of ivermectin was tested and had covid and was very sick at home. And this is after taking ivermectin for a long period of time. Without claiming it the Herald suggests that ivermectin is little more than a horse de-wormer indicating: why would a doctor propose using it on people?
Perhaps they should ask the people of India what they think of ivermectin:

What gives?
The answer likely lies in the 10-letter “I-word” that you are not allowed to mention on social media: ivermectin. Evidently, the global medical junta doesn't like the over 60 studies vouching for the efficacy of ivermectin against SARS-CoV-2, especially when used early, but there is something better than a study: pure reality of lived experience.

Back to the Boros story:
The Heralds' spokesman is Dr. John Littel an md in Central Fla. who gave his info to the far left periodical "The Daily Beast" which the Herald uses as a source. As if they were truly real journalists instead of just another driveby institution like they are.
Anyway Littel who was in charge of a meet for doctors in Central Fla. claimed that Boros and others had covid (if there is such a thing) and was very sick at home. I don't know if Boros was sick or what it was from. But I do know that the CDC can not provide samples of covid so there is not telling what Dr. Boros had if he was sick'.
I do however recall interviewing Boros over a year ago on live radio in Key West,Fla. when he had just discovered how good Ivermectin was at treating the flu.
He had recently cured 79 of 80 patients he had treated and said so on the radio show I was doing at the time.
So its worth trying to figure out who dr. Littel is.
Below are a couple of comments from former patients who claim he has "a God complex" and "sometimes shouts at patients." I wasn't there on the scene to see Boros if he really was sick and if it was from the flu but I have my doubts.
What I don't doubt anymore however is that the Herald is a left wing periodical and will do whatever they can to hide it but at their core they are hardcore lefties.

My face, lips, tongue, were swelling and I had hives all over. Since it was 1:30am my husband took me to the ER where I was taken back, given IV immediately and supervised for 5 hours before release. A few days later when I saw Dr L, he admonished me for going to ER, that they were meant for broken bones and car accidents, that I should have called him! REALLY? 4 years ago Driving home from Mayo Clinic after being there 6 days. My dad just went through a difficult cancer surgery. It was highly recommended I got a colonoscopy. So I needed to get a referral. I got a phone call from Dr. L. chastising me why I didn't come for his 2 month appt for an “annual” he never mentioned prior about. He continued to scream at me and raise his voice over mine when I tried to question this. I DONT NEED THIS. Totally had no respect or regard for me as a patient. Changing dr. ASAP

Most interesting guy as it relates to Soros is Boyd Johnson. He is/was senior counsel to Georgie. At WilmerHale he led global white-collar defense practice group with attorneys in New York, Washington DC, Boston, and London. As deputy U.S. Attorney for SDNY he led prosecution of Bernie Madoff.
The fact that Georgie hire these guys from “white shoe” law firms is no surprise...he can afford them.
The Flynn guy on this list is not a lawyer. He reminds me of the head of security in “The Firm.” That book/movie was about a Memphis law firm whose biggest client is the mafia.
