Something I noticed years ago: During pollen season, if I took 2 Benadryl at night, and another dose during the day if needed, I didn’t get sick.
If I didn’t take it, I would eventually have a really bad cough that eventually became a really bad “chest cold”. So I found this information to be very interesting, and the double dose stuck in my mind.
