Yes, there was talk that she was getting transmissions from her staff during the debates or having medication pumped into her.

I think everybody is "wired for sound" during debates, so the controversies are a little silly.

I agree that it’s possibly a badly positioned rifle plate. The picture looks like it’s outdoors, so they may just hang that over his dressier body armor when his is potentially exposed to rifle fire.
