(Motion for dismissal with prejudice; which is what Brady violations are supposed to lead to.)

A motion to dismiss with prejudice has already been filed when the prosecution asked questions on subjects ruled out of bounds (twice). As far as I know the judge has not ruled on the motion.

Oops looks like it already includes both.

But it appears the prosecution already knew who jump kick man was and yet claimed during trial they searched high and low for him and didn't know his name...

The judge said, "I will take your motion under advisement.

A motion is taken under advisement when the judge needs to perform additional legal research before making a decision.
