— Dr. Mary Talley Bowden announced Saturday that she will only accept new patients who are unvaccinated. The ENT doctor in Houston said she is taking a stand for people who can’t find treatment elsewhere.
— “I didn’t realize the amount of despair unvaccinated people felt because no one is speaking for them,” Dr. Bowden told me. “No one is voicing what’s going on. Doctors for the most part are just going along because of what you saw happened to me — vicious backlash and trying to take my license away.”
— Bowden emailed her current patients Saturday that her decision came after a combination of being told she can no longer operate on unvaccinated patients at a surgery center and having hospital privileges denied for trying to give Ivermectin to a dying COVID patient. She emailed her patients on Saturday:
— Dr. Bowden told me she believes in giving COVID patients anything that could help. But that is what led her to being denied privileges at Texas Health Huguley Hospital in Ft. Worth.
— Her patient is a Tarrant County Sheriff Deputy and father of six children. He’s dying from COVID and the hospital’s treating physicians refuse to give him Ivermectin. A judge on Friday ruled that Dr. Bowden be granted temporary privileges and allowed to administer medications to her patient. However, in response, the hospital denied her request for privileges.

Former FDA chief Scott Gottlieb says the Covid pandemic could be over in the US by JANUARY with arrival of Pfizer’s and Merck’s antiviral pills – and Biden’s vaccine mandates will be redundant
Former FDA commissioner Dr Scott Gottlieb said on Friday that he believes the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. will end by January
He heralded antiviral pills developed by Pfizer and Merck, which, when approved by the FDA, will be new tools to fight the pandemic
Gottlieb also said that in the next two months he expects COVID-19 to become an endemic disease – meaning always circulating but at low rates
He adds, by next year, the U.S. won’t need Biden’s mandate requiring companies with at least 100 employees to get workers vaccinated or test them weekly

5th Circuit Mandate Injunction:
Will now face a Circuit Court Lottery
The circuit court lottery will be held on Tuesday. I am still not sure what happens if a permanent injunction is issued in the Texas case beforehand. In any event, the lottery should be broadcasted on Zoom, like the Powerball drawing! So much turns on which number is drawn. Transparency would be helpful.
