So the date on the motion was 11/14/2021(Sunday). I didn’t get to listen to Monday’s court proceedings. However, I did not hear anything about the Judge ruling on this motion.
He instructed the Jury, the legal beagles made their closings, and the Jury was still deliberating today until they went home for the evening.
