Reg. 61402) (”ETS”). The court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the ETS “until further court order.” While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.

On the KARE11 morning show (Gannet in the twin cities), a whole segment on is the epidemic is coming to an end. Focusing on therapeutics like the two new pills and monoclonal antibodies. My interpretation – the writing is on the wall that the vaccines didn’t work at totally immunizing against COVID (even though they never were going to). Congratulations to all the people who said and say “I will not comply”.
