I went for my quarterly haircut last Wednesday. My hair is about 10% gray. As I pulled my card to pay the bill, the young lady said, "I'm not sure if you qualify for a discount. You have to be 65 or older". Surprise...65 in August. One cause of gray is insufficient copper in the diet.

I do eat raisins daily. They’re high in copper.
We probably just have good genes. :)

When my dad died at 89, his hair had thinned some but not really receded, and was probably still 80% black. I’m 58 and way less gray than she is (and way less obsessed about it).
