Democrats are going after our food source. Democrats snuck into the inferstructure bill these new climate change taxes on cows. The tax is $6,500 per dairy cow and $4,500 per beef cow. They are going after Agriculture in the name of Climate Change. Democrats are hoping Farmers will get rid of their cows.
This will cause prices of meat and dairy to sky rocket. There will be a lot less available since most farmers cannot afford the high fines. People will starve to death in our country if this bill passes.
We will have to import more meat and dairy from other countries that do not have these fines.

If I had to guess, I’d say that the tax is indirect (to try to hide it), but comes out to the $4500/6500 per-head figure, and it applies to the second bill.
Beef cows don’t sell for $4500 apiece at the stockyard, even forgetting about the inputs? What crazy bill is this?

If questioned by the Capitol Police, tell them you are just here to replenish the Congressional supply of BS (CS?), since they have been dishing out so much of it lately.
The bill was only voted on in the House because the GOP Senate gave them the votes to do it.
Now the Dems can use their one shot at reconciliation on the Green New Deal because they don’t have to use it on the bill that just passed with regular order.

The non-elite will just have to lower their expectations and live lower-on-the-hog (to save the climate, of course). Soon there will be rationing like WWII. Hopefully, most of us will be allowed enough potatoes and bean curd to maintain life.

A LOT of these Senators are from farm and ranch country and vote for a $4,500-$6,500 tax per head on CATTLE? Did I understand this correctly?
Will the government have to pay the tax on the Buffalo in the national parks?
