1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

“No coercion” is the heart of the first sentence of the Nuremberg Code.

Not only that, but Biden is attempting to nullify the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the holy grail of leftists passed by Congress, by denying religious exemptions. Biden cannot nullify laws passed by Congress with an EO.
