Tries too hard to appease the commies, I’d say. Then, people let him know he’s veering off course and he eases back to the center/right.
He’s trying to please everybody and you can’t. I think he’s really a nice guy but nice doesn’t usually make it in politics like we have today. The commies will never approve of him so he needs to please the ones that voted for him.
