All 4 of those are nicely done. The first one showing blue lillies of the field would be my favorite, as it looks the most natural. I like that all the pieces are displays in 3 dimensions, a High Relief effect, vs the basic flat tapestry or
linear designs one usually sees.

I think they're pretty, too!

My idea is to have each piece hang from a sturdy branch that I've found on our property, have Beau sand it down and finish it nicely for me and I'll crochet around it.

Then in each 'season' I would also incorporate something 'natural' into the piece, as well; something I could replace when it gets too faded.

I need to finish the last section of the current afghan I'm working on (Blue Ribbon #3?) and I will post some pictures so you can see what my color 'style' is. I like 'natural' stuff the best.

My other idea is an afghan using all of the colors found in photos of planet Jupiter. I should probably do ALL of the planets - maybe not in afghans, but in scarves. ;)

Ideas? I've got a MILLION of them. Execution? Not always my strong suit, LOL! Just LOOK at this color pallet! You can't go wrong with things that were designed by God. ;)

Since we haven't chatted before, I'll also recommend the book 'Knit The Sky' by Lea Redmond. FULL of inspiration and ideas. Just a lovely, LOVELY book. :)
