Anybody still awake? I need to decide on a stove by midnight. Does anybody prefer gas or electric for the oven better for baking?

Hi CB, I’m still up.
I prefer gas probably only because we can still light it and cook if the electricity goes out, which is bound to happen around here.

Electric for baking because there is better even heating. Gas for the stove because it presents immediate heat and greater nuance of temperatures.
