Sounds like your company has a pretty high compliance rate… ours was 58%.
they buried the lead that rate of 78% if across 3 sites in MI, MA, and MD.....if we assume the MI site being in the midwest is less compliant then the MA/MD sites being in the liberal east then it’s likely that up to 30% of the MI site may be “non-compliant” and let me tell you that will be an issue as they move forward - unless they guarantee every “request”. (note I titled mine a “declaration” instead of a “request”)

I agree on the declaration. I called mine a "requirement for exemption." I don't "request" my God-given rights from anybody.
The company I work for just had their Q4 company con call. Zero mention of any vaxx mandate. I work remotely.
