“I answer to,God and Christ. Unless you want a lawsuit for violating my civil rights I will not take your experimental gene therapy.”
I’m still working on mine. I’m saying that the mandate is an establishment of a religious cult in violation of the 1st Amendment. It also clearly violates the 4th and 10th. More importantly, it violates the rights to life and liberty, self defense and informed consent which belong to both the just and unjust.
Exodus 20
1 And God spake all these words, saying,
2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me
@ Cvengr
Thank you for the advice.
I did talk to a lawyer (who didn’t charge me). He said focus on religion not on medical or the vax kills people.
Yes, this is totally unconstitutional and illegal.
I think this is also to cause chaos in the country. Look at the people who quit and the disruption it causes.
@ Organic Panic
This is a good one. My Boss(es) is the Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
@ Theophilus
I like your argument. I was going to put Revelation and Mark of the Beast but my lawyer said not to. It’s “too out there”.
The group displays an excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader, and (whether he is alive or dead) regards his belief system, ideology, and practices as the Truth, as law.
Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.
Mind-altering practices (such as meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, denunciation sessions, or debilitating work routines) are used in excess and serve to suppress doubts about the group and its leader(s).
The leadership dictates, sometimes in great detail, how members should think, act, and feel (e.g., members must get permission to date, change jobs, or marryāor leaders prescribe what to wear, where to live, whether to have children, how to discipline children, and so forth).
The group is elitist, claiming a special, exalted status for itself, its leader(s), and its members (e.g., the leader is considered the Messiah, a special being, an avatarāor the group and/or the leader is on a special mission to save humanity).
The group has a polarized, us-versus-them mentality, which may cause conflict with the wider society.
The leader is not accountable to any authorities (unlike, for example, teachers, military commanders, or ministers, priests, monks, and rabbis of mainstream religious denominations).
The group teaches or implies that its supposedly exalted ends justify whatever means it deems necessary. This may result in members participating in behaviors or activities they would have considered reprehensible or unethical before joining the group (e.g., lying to family or friends, or collecting money for bogus charities)
The leadership induces feelings of shame and/or guilt in order to influence and control members. Often this is done through peer pressure and subtle forms of persuasion.
Subservience to the leader or group requires members to cut ties with family and friends, and radically alter the personal goals and activities they had before joining the group.
The group is preoccupied with bringing in new members.
The group is preoccupied with making money.
Members are expected to devote inordinate amounts of time to the group and group-related activities.
Members are encouraged or required to live and/or socialize only with other group members.
The most loyal members (the ātrue believersā) feel there can be no life outside the context of the group. They believe there is no other way to be, and often fear reprisals to themselves or others if they leaveāor even consider leavingāthe group.

The one kind of religion that can never be tollerated in the USA, it a state established religion.

I have no recollection.
2. If you do not have a religious objection to the use of all vaccines, please explain why your objection is limited to certain vaccines.
I object to ALL vaccines.
3. If there are any other medicines or products that you do not use because of the religious belief underlying your objection, please identify them.
"Morning-after" pills, suicide pills, pills that would cause me to transform into a Salamander Person - list is obviously incomplete since I am not, of course, a pharmacologist and thus have no idea about the thousands of products out there to which I might object on religious grounds, given half a chance.
4. Have you seen a document circulating around XXXX with instructions on how to resist the vaccine, including asking for informed consent along with a prepared list of detailed questions, recommendations to elongate the process, document all your communications with XXXX management and pursue accommodations?
Are you kidding? Can hardly remember what I read in the last Sunday funnies, and you're asking about "documents circulating?!"
5. Is your request for accommodation based in whole or in part on a document or information you saw on the internet, in an email, or circulating at work (for example, the 412 Church Murrieta Statement of Faith, Stand for Health Freedom, We the Patriots, etc.)?
See my response to question #4!
6. If so, please describe the document or information and how it relates to your request.
See my response to question #4!
7. Did you get your independent statement of faith or your personal statement or any portion of them off the internet?
I got it from the Archangel Gabriel, who whispered it to me yesterday during our nightly chat. BTW: He's also saying that I should "go after you." What's up with that?!
Regards,
Luke 12: 11-12
11 When you are brought before synagogues, rulers, and authorities, do not worry about how to defend yourselves or what to say. 12For at that time the Holy Spirit will teach you what you should say.āā¦
Does a religious exemption from the vaccine include an exemption from treatment?
Why are you offering medical advice to people that you do not know? Why are you promoting these EUA products, when there are over 2 dozen effectively therapeutics available?
My MD’s advice is to not take the shot. There are many reasons. So I will not be taking it regardless of age of any other condition.
The guidance is from the CDC, which stands for Center for Disease Control. Iām not recommending any particular vaccine. Pfizer is not experimental. I recommend them because getting a serious case of covid can killā death rate is non zero even with all the treatments. Did you get your MDās advice in writing? I bet not!
@ SecAmndmt
MDs are not allowed to give medical exemptions. They get in trouble. The command is from all the way to the top.
