I’m one if the few who thinks Baldwin will be charged. He might get a light punishment but I can’t see the DA letting him off scot free, movie star Dem or not.
The way somebody familiar with the industry told it on a thread a day or two after it happened, there is a very strict protocol that is supposed to be followed, and if Arec Bardwin would have checked the gun himself he would have been breaking that protocol.
Sounds stupid, but we live in stupid times.
