I’ve seen a theory that this news has emerged as an alternate way to remove Fauci from the stage . Rather than pursue him for his Gain of Function crimes ,( which made the Virus that made stealing the election a success) , this dog torture gives the ultimate villians a way to prevent moving up the chain of crimes from Fauci to them.

In order for the Fauci Virus to steal elections, it had to kill a bunch of people and create a wave of fear. The fear is what the enemy used to put mail in voting in place. The nursing home murders, the payments to incentivise inflating the casualties , were all part of the plan to stroke the fear.

When Governor Coumo became embroiled with the nursing home murders an alternate way was used to remove him from the stage: sexual harassment. Normally a crime that only Republicans were charged with become the crime of choice to change the narrative . Removing Coumo prevents any more follow up on the Nursing home murders.
