To be sure, it's hard to raise a thoroughbred when the parents are asses.
But God gave us freewill, and that includes the kiddies, too. There are plenty of situations where decent parents do their best, and at least one of their offspring turns into a dolt while the rest are normal.

By these coercive measures, they have taken that movement and turned it into a much larger movement. It’s actually damaging to public health, damaging the children, because it has bred distressed. I don’t really understand the push behind it, especially for kids. The risk from COVID, the harm from COVID is so low, to mandate the vaccines, as was just said, ***it’s not a sterilizing vaccine, unlike the MMR vaccine, which is. It’s very, very different, and to treat it as if it were the same, I think Dr. Fauci is conflating things intentionally in order to get his way rather than just acknowledging a basic scientific facts...

To me this is strictly about the “science” and not the ideology as to why I will not take this experimental gene therapy “injection”.
I'm a 74 year old mother, and both my sons, who have had the shots, know enough never to raise the subject with me, especially if they want to continue walking around with their heads on their shoulders.
Just a quibble but 0% of all groups have taken a vaccine that will prevent COVID-19. And that’s the whole point.
I was not allowed to hold or even see my new granddaughter unless I got the shot and whooping cough shot. My daughter in law is a nurse and buys into whatever the government says. My husband does too. He pro gun prolife loves God and Trump. He says it’s an individual right if they don’t want to get the shot yet mocks anyone who says they aren’t getting the shot. So sad. 😢 🙏🙏🙏

They want obedience—and they will use every propaganda trick in the book.
“Trust the science” is dangerous for children and other living things.
It looks like most folks are gonna have to learn this the hard way.
My kids know better. Of the 5 of us (parents +3 ) only one has gotten the shot. The three kids all got Covid within 4 days of each other. Granted they live together. 3 + 2 = 2 households.
Even people who are wildly successful as parents recognize they screwed up in a lot of ways. But often parents are their children’s worst enemy, coddling and bargaining with them instead of parenting them.
But even when I was in disagreement with my parents it was readily apparent that any attempt to manipulate or patronize them would result in swift blowback — they simply would not tolerate it. And if I or my siblings had ever placed conditions on visiting them they would have just told us to go to hell.
That kind of feedback tends to correct a lot of behavior even in adults.
