Yes it does.
From early 20th century then a break then more but from the mid- 60s. As if he couldn’t afford to add to his savings for a while.

They may have done a lot of the collecting in ‘63, and shortly thereafter. I don’t know how much lead-time people had when Kennedy changed the coinage from silver to clad. I don’t see any Eisenhower dollars. They started in ‘71, and nearly all were clad.

There are Franklin halves in there. Would not discount that whoever vet likely started this just kept plinking in more very gradually.
