If I’m reading it right...the FR password on your phone is correct.
even though the password is stored on your phone, it seems you should just be able to change the password for FR on your phone?
Go to FR.
Select “Account”
Scroll down and select “Edit Account”
Select “Login Password”
(It doesn’t ask for your old password - maybe\probably cause you are already logged in ?)
Enter the new password\verify the new password and select “okay” (and remember it for your PC)

Oh, IT wizard. I can log in with no trouble on my Apple pad. But , when I’m on my HP LAPTOP, I can’t. It asks me for my password to continue. How weird is that?
