I think the White House has for some time mostly cut her out of the executive branch loop. Seems Harris has been left aside, to perform as a one woman blooper patrol.

Investigate \critically\ the 12th Amendment and the now (since 1803) un-elected office of VPOTUS.
If VPOTUS is provided office according to the vote specified for POTUS (regardless if there is a different “swearing-in”), what does this mean to any impeachment proceeding based on fiduciary malfeasance (AKA: violation of oath of office)?
