This might be a downstream 'result of the order' excerpt of the waiver. I recalled that there was a phrase saying informed consent could be waived if it is in the patient's best interest (!!!). It did not specify trial participant, it was more general.
First I found text specifying the gov could share your information out without your consent if it was in your best interest.
Then I found this document.
I believe that since they are lying and saying the 'Covid vaccine' is safe and effective, the waiver would be forcibly applied to the 'vaccinated'. I don't know where to find Obama's order. I kind of find it odd that I only find updates.
Also, I recalled Obama signed the one I saw, and the article I found today was dated July 21, 2017, so it's probably an update. In fact, they provided a link that has since been deleted so it may be the date they copied their webpage (as of).
Note it was not reviewed -just blown out the hatch like they didn't want anyone noticing it:
"FDA is issuing this guidance for immediate implementation in accordance with 21 CFR 10.115(g)(3) without initially seeking prior comment."
In trying to find the original, I keep running into newer and new updates - in fact at this link the policy was updated most recently on October 25, 2021. That's creepy...what did they need changed...again?
