What I’ve read is that she was nonunion. So why was she hired? Because the union employees had had enough of the mistakes and the unprofessionalism on going on the set. So they all quit.

So Baldwin hired a bunch of new people who didn’t know what they were doing. And as a result, he killed an innocent young woman.
