It was in NM, not CA. Not that it matters much, dead is dead.
It’s hard to believe that they even had any live rounds on the set .... for what purpose? I’m leaning towards a union/management disagreement.
Prop or no prop why would you point any gun at someone and pull the trigger.
What is the idea of having a live round on a film set? Several fatalities have already happened throughout history, they should be strictly prohibited from a film set.
They were filming in New Mexico.
Yeah. We’re the guns laying on the cart unattended? Chain of custody seems pretty sloppy.
Look up Brandon Lee. (Bruce Lee’s kid)
I do not understand this at all. Something stinks to high heaven on this.
So why was he pointing it at the cinematographer anyway?
The First Rule of Guns is to treat every gun like it is loaded.
Baldwin et al violated that rule and a beautiful young woman is dead.
Please explain why he pointed the gun at the cinematographer and pulled the trigger.
Quite a few dramatic plots involve guns. First act, third act.
If had enough knowledge to do it. A lot of Hollyweird actors are totally ignorant when it comes to firearms.
I’m wondering why they would even have a real gun to begin with.
Back in the day before special effects, old west actors like Harry Carry had sharp shooters that would shoot the cover (rocks etc..) they were hiding behind . It was all coreographed. Strange but true.
That’s my gripe with airsoft games. It’s what they teach.
I agree, someone is trying to coverup here. I just can’t believe the story as told, nobody could possibly be that stupid and irresponsible. There’s gotta be something else going on here.
Why did Baldwin shoot the cinematographer?
Whether gun was hot or cold?
Yes, Blanks usually have a crimped end or cardboard in place of the bullet. You MIGHT mistake a wadcutter cartridge for a blank if you had little firearms knowledge.
I agree.
