I don’t like Alec Baldwin one bit but this was not murder.

The gun prop people are responsible for preparing the firearms.

Actors do not load their movie weapons.

This was NOT Alec Baldwin’s personal firearm.

There was obviously a live round in the gun. It penetrated the woman killed and also entered the body of the director behind her.

Someone was responsible for a live round being loaded and it was not Alec Baldwin.

You have a firearm in your hand and pull the trigger.

You have full responsibility for that firearm.

Not only that, you just shot a set worker.

Was that in the script?

Show the film.

No film they say?? Murder.

Not murder? That’s your opinion. But one thing needs to be clearly understood.

This is manslaughter. Whether intentional or accidental; Baldwin should be charged with some form of manslaughter.
