I bought one to use with my face serum. I never used one before that and didn’t know it had little needles that poked holes in your skin. It feels great just don’t push too hard. LOL

I believe it will since Mg is the fuel for mitochondria healing mechanisms. What I've found is it needs a little help getting in, therein the derma roller.

I'm not suggesting this brand, but this is what they look like. I do, however, suggest starting with a .25mm roller for beginners. The longer needles are for pros and will make you bleed (which is sorta desirable for deep healing).
