Your link to Kyle’s interview is dispositive of the entire argument.
(”Where there is risk, there has to be choice.”)

29-year old professional mountain bike racer with resting heart rate in the mid-50s gets a 2nd jab in June 2021.
(3-time North American EnduroTour champion.)

Later going on a ride with a 40-something-year-old friend he climbs a hill and his heart rate tops 160 after 5 minutes of climbing. The friend says, “You’re going to a hospital, you look like you’re dying.”

For the 2-hour ride to the hospital, his heart rate never drops below 135.

The ER doc says “You’re having a panic attack, I’m referring you to psychiatric”...

He later gets a referral to a *real* doctor, a cardiologist at another hospital, who confirms pericarditis.

Lots more at the interview, watch the whole thing.

(”Where there is risk, there has to be choice.”)?

Not sure what you're saying here. Kyle's argument didn't leave a question of choice? or something else?
Thanks
