Q said, “No outside comms”, so I think it’s a fake.

I’ve yet to form an opinion on whether or not the McAfee posts are worth paying attention to. As I mentioned, they’re just a curiosity at the moment.
However, the stakes are so high that I think it’s a dynamic situation. Game theory, at which the Q team are experts, demands that the players change their tactics in response to the actions of the other players. By definition, there can be no absolutes.

I still watch, listen and read looking for clues but I’ve never found anything legitimate - I still look. I don’t know if they may use McAffee as a portal but after their security efforts, I believe it’s unthinkable they would broadcast to the web they are the same ones behind Q. It’s the opposite of security and gains them nothing. An unverified sources saying ‘it’s the same people’ doesn’t authenticate McAffee.
Do you forsee a scenario where, after fighting to validate themselves throughout their drop history, asking each time ‘how many coincidences before it becomes impossible’ that Q’s game theory would obtain a strategic advantage by dropping all requirements that the next person(s) posting as Q prove they are legit?
We saw what the DS did when Q leaked their password - instant hack. Then there was that recent hack. So requiring a tripcode after authentication have been the only thing ensuring Comms were white hat.
“Game theory, at which the Q team are experts, demands that the players change their tactics in response to the actions of the other players. “
I don’t see player authentication as a tactic but instead see it as an invitation to play the game. Those not authenticated, not invited to play.
I see no strategic advantage in abandoning authentication of the one driving the Q bus. Open door = anyone can post, and the right people will be the only ones who try?
Who is this guy?

One thing that McAfee has going for it, and a point I believe to be reason to pay close -yet critical- attention to it is McAfee Virus software.
