This is Jake Sullivan.
Jake is is a member of the Biden Administration serving as his Foreign Policy Advisor.
Interestingly enough this is the same position he held working for Hillary when he ran point for her on the operation to illegally frame Donald Trump in the scheme that recently saw Michael Sussman (of Perkin Coie) indicted by John Durham. And for the record, the law firm Perkins Coie is attached at the hip with both Hillary and the DNC.
Jake is going to be similarly indicted - which also then folds not only HRC and the Dems directly into the Special Counsel's focus but the Biden Administration itself.
Jake is going to prison.

He worked as a senior policy advisor for Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign, responsible for crafting both foreign and domestic policy for Clinton. Sullivan also served with Clinton as a top aide in the State Department and a national security advisor to then-Vice President Joe Biden during the Obama administration.[2]
Sullivan, a Yale Law graduate and Rhodes scholar, clerked for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
