[It was reported in September of 2020 that Durham had received that handoff from John Huber and his crack team of US Attorneys that were working with him. Garland is confirming the reporting.
You were told that Huber didn’t find anything, or he chickened out and shut down without charging anyone. In fact, Huber did not do a bad job any more than US Attorney John Bash or Jeffrey Jensen did in their own respective SpyGate-related investigations. Bash investigated the illegal unmasking of Trump transition team members. Jensen investigated how the Mueller Special Counsel handled the cases it prosecuted, including the cases against Gen. Flynn, Roger Stone and Paul Manafort. They did their investigations and then handed what they found to Durham, same thing Huber did. Some of the Flynn stuff Jensen found was passed back to Jensen under seal in order that he could give it to Sidney Powell.]
Special Counsel Durham’s latest filing leads us to believe he will charge those who pushed the Alfa Bank/Trump hoax.
And - consider the potential that CrowdStrike was set-up to reach a predetermined conclusion of “Russian hacking” by these same DNC lawyers...
