For years, I have hit the abuse button on satire articles BTT on a variety of topics, because the satire article was injected into the forum precisely to derail discussions of important topics of the day, and to create confusion and animosity among the conservatives who were researching and discussing.

In those circumstances, satire is not funny, it is a tool of pure evil.
