I remember that. Even the lactose free kind? Cheese also has a good amount. The only other food is nutritional yeast, I buy Red Star Nutritional yeast. Tastes good and has iron and several B vitamins, maybe other stuff, can’t remember. Nutritional info, I assume for any kind, Red Star is the main brand. Due to hand cranked machine still, I could not actually see the Red Star site nutritional breakdown.

I experienced the same problem in attempting to unsubscribe from those emails. What finally worked for me was reporting such email as spam. It took about 8 such spam reports before success.
